I was wondering if anyone out there I can say, as the apple experts. I am pleased to make it easy and homeade. Something I can do with children and it is not cleaning days. The first question I have is getting the kind of candy and how much heat to reach the ideal temperature for the immersion?

Chocolate Caramel APPLES
1 (12 ounces) chocolate chips
6 medium apples
